This survey was being carried out in order to ensure that a paper that has been written to cover Total Quality Management in the EM Laboratory contains actual results from EM units.  The survey was in the form of an Excel file.  Each section had questions for which answers are provided attaining a number of points helping a laboratory to assess and improve upon their service..  

The results from the above were presented in a paper published by Microscopy and Analysis and additional information will be found here
